Such is a small world. River Farm, the site of Lindsay and Aaron’s wedding, referred us to them. During our meet and greet, I learned that Aaron is a colleague of Koonal, one of our grooms from a few years back.
Design Scheme: All the design elements were made with a purpose. For example, Lindsay and her Mom both love gardening so they wanted to reflect that in the design choices for the wedding by including the beauty that surrounds River Farm. You can see that reflected in the large Osage Orange tree illustrated in their invitations, table numbers and programs. Other nods to the botanical design scheme included thumbprint guest book, potted herb escort cards, and birdcages with vines hanging from the tent ceiling.
Lindsay’s aunts made the quilts that became the top of the chuppah.
Lindsay’s mom gave us baskets from her childhood to use throughout the event. The cake knife and server were from her parents’ wedding.
