I know the Sneak Peek was eons ago so forgive me. To personalize their wedding, Natalie and Peter incorporated their interests throughout but particularly in the food and in the music for the evening. Enjoy! — Vicky
Design. Natalie is a pharmacist so she designed these prescription pads for guests to write down their secrets to marriage. Pill bottles of M&Ms served as escort cards and favors. All of these popped against a vibrate and modern palette of fuchsia and blue.
Music. Peter and Natalie know how to Salsa so that’s what they did for their first dance to the tune of Fuerza de Voluntad by Lesly Daily. Other songs played during the evening included Stand by Me (Spanish version by Prince Royce) and Quando Quando Quando by Michael Buble & Nelly Furtado. So much fun to see and hear songs that just make you want to dance yourself!

Food. Main Event Caterers designed a mouth-watering Latin inspired menu. For hors d’oeuvres, guests sampled Chicken Tamale Fritters, Yucca Beignets, Grilled Tiger Prawn and Papaya, Honey Roasted Lamb and Peruvian Ceviche. For the buffet, also reflected latin flavors with Lomo Saltado (Peruvian style beef tenderloin), Tequila Braised Chicken Thighs, Salmon Escabeche, Quinoa Cakes, Calabacitas, and Grilled Brazilian Flatbreads with a rustic salsa verde. To finish, the dessert featured Graham Crusted Lime Curd, Pastel de Tres Leches, Cafe Dulce, and Flan.
