Brief: For its 10th anniversary gala, this Virginia-based non-profit hosted silent and live auctions to raise funds to support its mission.
Concept: With the unifying concept of “The Wizard of Oz” for the event, the design elements included a yellow brick road leading guests into the ballroom, sponsorship levels titled “Ruby Slippers” and “Emerald City,” using emerald green and gold as our main colors, all signage and print materials using elements from the movie. We managed the pre-event communications with attendees, the invitation and ticketing process, on-site registration, volunteer coordination, graphic design and printing, sponsors coordination, and on-site event management.
