Performing Arts Fundraising Gala & Auction

Brief: After 25 years at its small Arlington, Virginia location, Balletnova was expanding and moved to a 20,000 square-foot commercial facility in Falls Church, VA. Balletnova needed to raise funds to continue supporting its high level of dance education and  performance presentations in this new facility. As this was the very first time the organization had planned a fundraising event, Event Accomplished was brought on board to lend its event planning expertise

Concept: We focused on showcasing the new facility and mission of the organization. With multiple studios, we designed the event to move our guests through the different spaces while enjoying a different experience in each room – different music, different decor. We managed the pre-event communications with attendees, invitation and ticketing process, on-site registration, volunteer coordination, sponsors coordination, silent and live auctions, entertainment and talent, and on-site event management.
