Brief: With Agile Training as a growing service area, Excella Consulting needed its own training center, instead of constantly renting space elsewhere. The Arlington Tech Exchange (ATX) will also provide a physical space as the company often hosted industry Meetups, to further its presence in the local tech community. Event Accomplished was hired to plan this corporate open house.
Concept: The theme for this event was “Connect. Share. Learn.” We shared the signature cocktail’s recipe on a custom cocktail napkins; and the locally sourced ingredients in the evening’s menu. As a way to connect, we used a Social Media wall that displayed tweets as guests posted them online. As a homage to Agile training, we used Post-In notes for directional arrows.
