An Aquarium Inspired Wedding at the Strathmore Music Center

I do love it when I meet future clients at a wedding. A few years ago at a wedding in Silver Spring, I met this couple. They reached out to me a year later and the rest is history. The couple’s interests were weaved into the wedding throughout. The overarching inspiration came from their love for aquariums. Enjoy the stunning images by David Hartcorn of Hartcorn Studios. Enjoy – Vicky

Being big car enthusiasts, we used molds of their favorite cars as a guestbook alternative. This one is of a Porsche 911, the bride’s favorite. Photo: David Hartcorn

Using blue linens with a wavy texture, centerpieces that had the feel of coral and marine plants, and table names of fish names, we really tried to pull the whole aquarium feel together. Photo: Vicky Choy
