Romantic Summer Wedding for Georgetown Alum at Omni Shoreham Hotel
I loved this couple as they were the kindest people one could meet. This is the part of my job I love the most. Our associates Arielle Blinick, Jennifer Briley and Juanice Jenkins did an outstanding job managing this summer wedding at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC, despite temperatures in the high 80s. Details from a High Texture Fall Wedding in Georgetown, Washington, DC
I wanted to share with you these unique details from this fall wedding – we even had a George Washington impersonator visit the reception. Included are one of my favorite designs I’ve seen from John Duffy of Yellow Door Floral Designs. The variety of texture and color were so interesting, really embracing the color and feel of the fall season. I also vividly remember a) carrying bags of wedding items walking through the streets of Georgetown, and Michael Connor of Connor Studios is on a bus with another wedding party driving right by me; and b) loading out with John Duffy on a busy Saturday night right on M Street in Georgetown and trying to not get run over by cars and pedestrians.
