With a plethora of venues available to host events in the Washington, DC area, it can be challenging to find the one that best fits your event. One of the first tasks in planning a wedding or corporate event is finding a venue. A few years ago, I started using a hashtag #VenueTourwithVicky on our Instagram page to provide something useful to our audience. Imagine my delight when The Association of Wedding Professionals of Greater Washington DC asked me to join them on their Cocktails & Conversations series. The interview allowed me to not only introduce me and my event planning company to a wider audience, but to talk about my venue tours.
